Bridge

Joey is trying to jump from one side of the bridge to the other. On the first try he jumps four sections, the second try he jumps 3 sections, the third try he jumps 2 sections, and the last try he jumps 5 sections. What is the average amount of sections that Joey jumps on the bridge?

Merry Go Round

Jessica and Destiny are playing on the merry go round together. They are each sitting on a colored triangle. Jessica points out that there are four triangles, so they can switch triangles if they want to sit in a different spot. Destiny points out that the four triangles make up a circle.
